Urs, (meaning “wedding” in Arabic) of our honourable Lady Fatimah RadhiAllahu anha.
So described as this is the time when noble people from our illustrious family, companions and saints obtained union with Allah Ta’ala, the True Bleoved. May Allah Ta’ala continue to exalt her soul.
Fatimah the Resplendent One, was just twenty nine years old, when on the third day of Ramadhan, less than five months after the passing of our Beloved Nabi, SallAllahu alaihi wasallam she woke up looking unusually happy and full of mirth. In the afternoon of that day, it is said that she called Salma bint Umays who was looking after her. She asked for some water and had a bath. She then put on new clothes and perfumed herself. She then asked Salma to put her bed in the courtyard of the house. With her face looking to the heavens above, she asked for her husband Ali.
He was taken aback when he saw her lying in the middle of the courtyard and asked her what was wrong. She smiled and said: "I have an appointment today with the Messenger of God."
Ali cried and she tried to console him. She told him to look after their sons al-Hasan and al-Husayn and advised that she should be buried without ceremony. She gazed upwards again, then closed her eyes and surrendered her soul to the Mighty Creator. (from here)
Rasulullah SallAllahu alaihi wasallam had told her that she would be the first person to meet him in the world beyond death. Her Janazah was the first to use the modest custom of making a cover for the deceased female. This was based on a previous conversation she had with Asmaa bint Anees RadhiAllahu anha when she said, "I do not like the dead bodies of women taken to the grave yard uncovered." Asmaa RadhiAllahu anha, who had been in Habshah, explained how they created a frame over the body of a woman. She demonstrated this to Fatimah RadhiAllahu anha with two long stems of the date palm forming an arch over the body, then draping a sheet over them to conceal the shape. Fatimah RadhiAllahu anha was thus carried to her grave in Jannatul Baqi upholding all the resplendent qualities befitting the name of Zahra.
Lady Fatimah RadhiAllahu anha, represents the embodiment of all that is divine in womanhood, the noblest ideal of feminine virtues, who was proclaimed by her devoted father SallAllahu alaihi wasallam to be the Queen of Jannah. May Allah Ta’ala shower her and all her noble lineage with the most brilliant of lights and the most fragrant of perfumes. Ameen. And may He, place in our hearts a desire and tenderness to follow her endearing examples. Ameen. (from The Queen of Jannah)

Among a house full of guests we have at the moment is one Sheikh who was invited to view the excavation of the house of Lady Khadijah RadhiAllahu anha, which due to the current work on the expansion of Sai’ in Makkah has been exposed. Maybe by today it will once again be filled with dirt. The following is a plan of how this Mubarak house was during the time of felicitous marriage of our Blessed Prophet SallAllahu alaihi wasallam and his beloved wife and their noble children RadhiAllahu anhum. Note the room on the bottm left, which has been documented as being the birthplace of Lady Fatimah, the Queen of Jannah. SubhanAllah!
The google image below shows the relationship between this honourable house (aqua) and the Mubarak birthplace of our Blessed Rasulullah SallAllahu alaihi wasallam (green), Ka’aba (orange) and Jabal Marwa (blue). Prior to the expansion of the Sai’ area, I used to sit at this place whenever we were in Makkah, and as I have expalined to many, the Sakinah was truly amazing. A similar tranquility one experiences when sitting in Rowdha Shareef. Now this place will be covered by the new Sai’ area.

The meeting place for delegations.
Entrance to the room of the Prophet SallAllahu alaihi wasallam.
Where our Noble Nabi SallAllahu alaihi wasallam prayed.
Insha’Allah we take time during this third day of Ramadhan reflecting on the life of our Queen of Jannah RadhiAllahu anha. May Allah Ta’ala place in our hearts a desire and tenderness to follow her endearing examples. Ameen.
All good is from Allah Ta’ala whereas mistakes are from this humble speck. May Allah Ta’ala Bless all readers, bringing you all closer to Him and His Rasul SallAllahu alaihi wasallam. May He accept our humble efforts and grant us the capacity to be good and do good. Ameen.

As-salaamu alaikum,
Jazak Allah Khair for this Khala Noor. Very special.

AssalamuAlaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu my dearest Madani Khala,
What a beautiful entry commemorating the wisaal of such an amazing woman. SubhanAllah. May Allah ta’ala adorn us with her noble qualities and raise us with her on Yawm al Qiyamah, ameen.
She is the batool
who made the Paragon’s eyes cool.
She is the beauty
who made the Lion of Allah lofty.
She is the flower
who makes calamities clower.
She is the queen
who makes hearts sheen.
Call upon her
with faith and fervour.
She will fulfill your need
with His divine heed.

and the part of the apostle (seyyida fatima) i have placed with her the lock of a hidden treasure
by her we achieved our requests and goals and our situation became good
and her offspring (aal-ulbeit) those of great nobility by them we achieve firm faith
