Assalamu alaikum Dear Brother Ikramuddin, may the doors be flung wide open for such people, where no effort to even push them open will be required, Ameen. There are so many of these that ‘glow’, SubhanAllah. Merely sitting beside them raises ones Iman! May Allah Ta’ala, the Turner of hearts turn our hearts to Him, thus increasing our collective Iman so that the entire Ummah ‘glows’, Ameen.
Ameen thumma Ameen Dear Faqir. This miskeenah is in need of your Du’a too. You can see where Du’a was made in the next post…such elation as drops of rain simultaneously falling with my words.
and Ameen thumma Ameen to your Du’a too Umm Yusuf. We are all needy slaves.
Dear naqsh1, Insha’Allah you regularly adorn this space sharing your moving couplets with us all. I was trying to reply in like mode, but it will have to wait

As-Salamu’alaikum dear al-Miskeenah.

Our souls reminisce about the lives of Arwah,
Perhaps to reveal the essence of who we truly are,
How, day by day, our consciences fade away,
And say, to be grateful is all we can pray,
But at whatever cost, surrender and nothing is lost,
Our limbs may speak of the crimes we commit,
Yet, though we are weak, even now we can submit,
For our breath is a transience of this life alone,
And the Gathering will prove it was never our own.

please give our Salams to HabibUllah (SalAllahu alayhi wa salam wa ala aalihi). Please ask his permission for us to visit his Noble City soon and ask that he blesses our decisions and puts khayr in them.
May this year be a blessed one for you and all the readers of this blog. A year where we increase in every good the Prophet(SalAllahu alayhi wa salam wa ala aalihi) asked for and are protected from every harm He (SalAllahu alayhi wa salam wa ala aalihi) sought protection from. May we always be with the Prophet(SalAllahu alayhi wa salam wa ala aalihi)in the dunya and akhira.
