  4. Salams,

MashaAllah beautiful! Mawlid Mubarak to all insha’Allah, the coming night is THE night inshaAllah. Ya Miskeenah! remember us masaakeen in your celebration, your happiness, and during your mubarak moments when you visit the mahbub of our hearts. Special prayers for our ummah, for our brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers who are living under oppression in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Chechnya and in every place. may Allah make this a TRUE celebration for them too.

Br. Anwar, may Allah make you a nur from the lights (anwaar) of al-Madinat al-Munawwara. I really like those names, subhanAllah, Aaminah, Imaan and Tayba. May He also grant you a Fatima.

    Allah bless you all.

  5. Assalamu-Alaikum sister,

I managed to pen down a few thoughts in response to a thread started on a forum. I really like your blog and use it for inspiration daily. Jazakallah for all you efforts and any feedback on the poem appreciated.

No one created comes near him in praise
His perfect Manner and conduct sublime
Preserved forever as the best example
Allahs perfect gift to all of mankind

Even in old age his beauty did shine
piercing the hearts of the believers
A force against shaytaans evil design

Silent and lonely in the stillness of the night
Thoughts of Our Prophet make my soul shine so bright
Reciting Durood, taking his name with calm and ease
Letters passing my lips like the fresh morning breeze

From dawn till dusk, and dusk till dawn
    Hear the muadhin bear witness
Filling the air like the fresh summer lawn

No one created comes near him in praise
His perfect Manner and conduct sublime
Preserved forever as the best example
Allahs perfect gift to all of mankind

  12. Masjid Al-Nabawi &Al-Medinah Al-Munawwarah holds a distinguished place in the hearts of all Muslims. “Allâh and also His angels send blessings, on the Prophet (pbuh) “O believers! , bless him too, and give him greetings of peace. (Ahzab)
You may be an atheist or an agnostic or you may belong to any of the religious denominations that exist in the world today. You may have been a Communist or a believer in democracy and freedom. No matter what you are, and no matter what your religious and political beliefs, personal and social habits happen to be— YOU STILL MUST RESPECT HIM and sentiments of people following Islamic faith.
The fierce media campaign against the Prophet is not actually a single incident in a series of measures that have been practiced on a wide scale by some people in the West whose influential positions cause their voices to become heard in the world media. The role of all Muslims worldwide is to take all legal and constitutional channels to champion their rights and repel the aggression done against the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), using all peaceful means to disseminate the true teachings of Islam. Muslims should seize this incident and any such incidents to shed more light on the great nature and enlightenment of the Prophet Muhammad in an attempt to educate those who ignore many aspects of his great character and how he can be a model to follow in today’s world, and simultaneously denounce those who attempt to play with our sentiments…
