					<description>Dear Sister,
I have recently written an article which I want to send to you. It is about the greatness of our Mothers - the beloved wives of the Holy Prophet.
Will you kindly let me know your email address or direct me how to send the article?
One who always admired your effort,

					<description>Assalamu alaikum,
Dear Brother Anwaar, have carried out your request over and over :) Did you get Aaminah, Imaan and Taybah to colour in some sandals?
Dear Umm Fatimah, Ameen thumma Ameen to your deep words, and for sharing such a beautiful account from the lives of the blessed Shaykh Ibrahim and his son, may Allah Ta’ala continue to increase them in all that benefits. Masha’Allah that you too were able to follow their actions! Alhumdulillah. And JazakiLlahu khairan for this translation. There seems to be many renditions of this Naat online once you start looking....and listening. Masha’Allah, may the collective love of the Ummah be ignited with the light of our Noble Prophet SallAllahu alaihi wasallam, Ameen.
More Ameen Ameen Ameens Dear Ukht Farah, and Dear Sister Saimah, I too found such a cleansing after posting this, SubhanAllah.
How can I forget any of you Dear Umm-e-Shriaaz! Am so behind with emails, but Alhumdulillah not with Salams for you all!
I was looking for the following for the post, JazakiLlahu khairan to a blessed sister for sharing it.
Excerpt: The Holy Ascension of the Prophet salAllahu alaihi wasallam - 7th Heaven

The Holy Prophet continues his account:

&quot; When I reached the Divine Throne, I wished to remove my sandals, but the Throne spoke to me and said, 'Oh Beloved of Allah, step upon me with your blessed sandal, so that I might rub the dust from it on my face, and take pride in the fact that the dust from the Beloved of Allah has fallen upon me.'

Again I tried to remove my sandals, but this time a call came to me from the Divine Person, saying, 'Oh My Beloved, do not remove your sandals so that My Throne might be honoured and blessed with the dust from the soles of your sandals'. I then entreated my Lord, saying, 'When You called the Prophet Musa to come to the mountain of Tur (Sina'i), You ordered him to remove his sandals.' Again this word came to me from the Divine Person, saying, 'In My view, you are more cherished and honoured than he; Musa was My Word (Kalimullah), whereas you are My Beloved (Habibullah). Look ahead and see what you will see!'

I looked and I saw a great sea, so great that there was no end to it, and no shore in sight. On its near side there was a tree, and upon that tree, there was a bird the size of a dove. In its beak this bird bore a piece of clay as big as a lentil. 'Do you know what this is?', I was asked. I answered, 'My Lord knows best'. And He Almighty told me, 'You are forever entreating me to forgive your nation their sins. This sea is the likeness of the Sea of Mercy. That tree signifies the world, the dove-like bird is the likeness of your nation and that bit of clay is the likeness of their sins. Now you have seen the relation of your nation's sins to the vastness of My Mercy, so let your heart be at rest.&quot;

					<description>As-salaamu Alaikum,

Subhan Allah!

&quot;I shall kiss the image if I do not find

A way to kiss the Prophet’s sandal.

Perhaps the good fortune of kissing it

Will be granted to me in Paradise in the most radiant place,

And I rub my heart on it so that perhaps

The burning thirst which rages in it maybe quenched.&quot;

Amin! Amin! Amin!

<description>Here's Jamis poem and a translation I found online. May Allah give this brother and us all a portion of Jamis love! Ameen.

tanam farsoodeh, jaan para zi hijran ya rasoolallah
dilam pazh murdah, aavaareh, zi isyaan ya rasoolallah
my body is weak, my soul is in pieces due to your separation O Messenger of Allah!
My heart is withered, a vagabond, due to my sins O Messenger of Allah!

zi jaam e hub e tau mastam, ba zanjeer e tau bastam
na migoyam ke man hastam sukhandaan ya rasoolallah
I am drunk with the wine of your love, I am imprisoned by your chains
I do not say that I am a poet O Messenger of Allah!

choo soo ye man guzar aayee man e miskeen e naadaree
fida e naqsh e naalaaynat kunam jaan ya rasoolallah
When you come towards me, (if you) don't have wretched me
I will sacrifice my soul for the footprints of your shoes O Messenger of Allah!

zi kardeh khaish e khayraanam, syaah shud rooz e isyaanam
pashemaanam pashemaanan pashemaan ya rasoolallah!
I am perplexed about my previous deeds; that I will be blackfaced on Judgement Day
I am distressed! I am distressed! Distressed O Messenger of Allah!

choon baazoo e shafaat ra kushaayee ba gunehgaaraan
makun mehroom jami ra dar aan ya rasool allah
when you spread out your arms of intercession for the sinners
Please do not disappoint Jami at that time O Messenger of Allah!

					<description>Assalamu’alaikum,

“The Prophet salAllahu alaihi wasallams sandal is an amulet full of bliss, peace and serenity. At time of stress and grief one should place it on their heart and eyes for its luminous effects. It is a cure for the ill, pathway to relief for those in anguish, healing for the pregnant woman at time of birth, strong against the evil eye, and a symbol of security and protection for ships at sea, property from loss, house from burning, caravans from hostile attacks. People would use the Sandal image for the aforementioned reasons and also for a means of achieving immense blessings in the stations of this world and the hereafter.” Taken from here: http://scholarspen.blogspot.com/2005/11/sandal-of-prophet-heavenly-peace-and.html.

Shaykh Muhammad al Ya’qoubi once narrated that as a young child accompanying his father Shaykh Ibrahim al Ya’qoubi rahimullah to duroos, he would kiss the mubarak sandal image that is drawn on the wall in the darwishya masjid in Damascus upon entering and leaving the masjid. He said he is where he is today through the blessing of that action. SubhanAllah! Alhamdulillah that I was able to do the same when I last visited! :)

Allah enlighten our hearts with the light of the noble image and attach our hearts to rasulallah salallahu alaihi wasallam and his sacred relics. Ameen.

Please remember me in your du’a.

					<description>Assalaamu Allaykum

MaashALLAH, SubhanALLAH what a beautiful post :).

A Sandal to whose majestic nobility we submit,
For by Submitting to its majesty do we rise,
Therefore place it in its highest spot for it is
In reality a crown, though its image is sandal.

SubhanALLAH.

Ya Allah bless the Owner of the Sandals,
SalAllahu Alaihi Wasallam, Aameen.

Please conveys our Salaams to the Light of Lights, SalAllahu Alaihi Wasallam.

Salaams and duas.
