The solution to women driving in the Kingdom from Al Watan! And of course riding nothing less than a multimillion dollar camel.
All good is from Allah Ta’ala whereas mistakes are from this humble speck. May Allah Ta’ala Bless all readers, bringing you all closer to Him and His Rasul SallAllahu alaihi wasallam. May He accept our humble efforts and grant us the capacity to be good and do good. Ameen.

As-salaamu Alaikum!
lol. It’s funny because I was watching someone try to park a car yesterday and thought no
wonder theres a ban on women driving in Saudia Arabia (grrrr). The funny thing was that she
managed to park in a very awkward place after all the near misses to everything else in her
path.
wasalaam and love

Wa ‘alaikumus Salam, Dearest Farah, Umm-e-Shiraaz and Halima! By what I have seen of camels here they are easily parked…they hobble them to keep them in the one place…I think the ban here is due to the atrocious driving skills of the MEN…and they fear for the safety of women joining in such appalling conditions LOL!
Dubai is the hub of EVERYTHING Umm-e-Shiraaz..hardly any aspect of human pursuits missing there…I mean where else does one find a snow field in the desert or the highest tennis court in the world..the Gulf States all competing for the best, biggest and most beautiful in every sphere imaginable.
I was thinking they should demolish the Aswaq Haram shopping centre, dig up some of the southern side of the courtyard, return this area to palm groves and thus a place for LADIES to leave their camels for when they come to Masjid Nabawi! Bring back the sounds and aroma and all the traditions of camel transport as a way of easing the traffic as well as promoting the GREEN alternative. Sisters and children could be employed to tend to this natural feature!!!! Yes, I dream!
Wassalamu alaikum
