NINE
Narrated Aishah Ummul Mu’minin RAdhiAllahu anha : The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six. We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew again and my mother, Um Ruman RadhiAllahu anha, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends….
All good is from Allah Ta’ala whereas mistakes are from this humble speck. May Allah Ta’ala Bless all readers, bringing you all closer to Him and His Rasul SallAllahu alaihi wasallam. May He accept our humble efforts and grant us the capacity to be good and do good. Ameen.

Swings are so comforting Ya Ukthi Farah, and more so when we know that our Lady Aishah RadhiAllahu anha used to enjoy such lulling, SubhanAllah. Once I knew that, I have had a swing in each place I have lived in since…of course an outdoor one so much more fun, to swing HIGH to HU as Dear Irving Darvish has said, Ameen.
